Returns
I will gladly accept returns on any 'Ready to Ship' item. Simply contact me within 3 days of delivery & send the item(s) back within 7 days of delivery. A refund will be issued as soon as the item(s) are returned in their original condition.
Customized orders and all Made-to-Order items are final sale.
I believe in complete honesty and transparency when it comes to spending your hard-earned money. If you have any issue whatsoever, please contact me and I will make it right.
Lost Packages
In almost three years and over 450 orders, I have never had a single package go missing. Although I insure every package for my own peace of mind, I have a policy that once USPS is in possession of your package and you have received a valid tracking number, I am no longer responsible for it. If for some reason you do not receive your package, I will file a claim for the insurance; but it is not guaranteed that they will do anything. If you have had packages go missing in the past or live in a remote area, it is advised that you choose either First Class Mail with Signature or Priority Mail.
